Killing Games PVP Plugin for Minecraft 1.6.4/1.7.2/1.7.4/1.7.5

One of the most entertaining parts of any multiplayer game is its PVP. Technically, vanilla Minecraft has player versus player action, although it’s so basic that most players don’t bother with it.

That’s why many servers have chosen to install the Killing Games PVP Plugin. This plugin adds all sorts of interesting PVP features to the game, including:

-A team-based PVP game that includes leveling, perks, and terraforming

-New ways to interact with the server’s economy by selling global coins, which are awarded to victors after PVP matches; players can also trade in global coins for new perks and experience points

-Kill streak rewards for stringing 2, 3, 4, 5, and an “unstoppable” number of kills together

-In-game chest system that allows PVP players to upgrade their gear

-Control point game mode like Battlefield

-Co-op zombies!

In the future, Killing Games plans to add more exciting features and game modes, including Capture The Flag, King of the Hill, Resource Gathering competitions, free-for-all deathmatches, and a 25 kill streak nuclear reward.

Killing Games is currently only used on a server called hub.mineconomy.org, which has an active player base of PVP enthusiasts. There is no public release as of yet, although anybody can freely play with the mod/plugin on the hub.mineconomy.org server.
