InfiCraft Mod for Minecraft 1.6.4/1.7.2/1.7.4/1.7.5

InfiCraft is a mod with three different goals. Those goals are:

-To remove the dependency on wood

-To allow players to craft every out of everything else

-To spice up the world with aesthetically pleasing features

In that sense, InfiCraft isn’t a single mod. Instead, it’s a collection of mods. And although each mod has its own theme, all of these mods are designed with one of the three above goals in mind.

The best way to describe InfiCraft is to list its individual mods and tools:

-TConstruct: TConstruct adds a ton of new tool types that are made out of many different types of materials. It also adds new tool modifications to the game. Tool construction involves combining a head and a handle, and workable materials include new blocks like Cactus and Flint. Players can modify and enhance tools using ore or less conventional materials like Blaze gems and Slime. In short, the new tool construction system created by TConstruct is exceptionally deep and well thought-out.

-InfiBlocks: Vanilla Minecraft blocks can look boring after a while. That’s why InfiBlocks wants to help. InfiBlocks adds some variations and new coloring to many blocks in the Minecraft world. It also adds a new block called the Magic Slab that will change its shape depending on which blocks are around. There are also ‘microblocks’ that are created when players take a handsaw to a standard block and chop it up into smaller pieces, which makes creating staircases as easy as possible.

-Armory: Armory is one of the smaller mods included in InfiCraft. It adds armor stands, item shelves, tool racks, and a pedestal to your game world. Players can display their favorite suit of armor or some useful tools on these racks.

Flora & Soma: This mod adds new clouds and trees to your Minecraft world. These trees and clouds are designed to enhance the appearance of Minecraft and provide a new twist on the traditional Minecraft trees.

Orizon: Orizon adds new types of stones to the Minecraft world and it changes the way the world’s bedrock works. Pockets of colored stone are now sprinkled underground, and players can encounter slime pools while digging, although they’re very rare.

Simple Background: Simple Background is – as the name suggests – a simple mod. It changes the game’s music depending on the time of day or events that are currently happening in the game. If you die or enter battle, for example, the music will change. Players can also add their own sounds to the mod through the bgm folder.

All of these mods are available for individual download from this forum thread. You can download them all (they are all compatible with one another) or download each individual InfiCraft mod separately. It’s up to you.
