The Hidden Doors mod delivers exactly as promised. It adds hidden doors into the Minecraft world, making it easy to hide a secret dungeon or to gain backdoor access to your castle without making an obvious door.
Using Hidden Doors, the doors you create will take on the texture of any other block. The mod works with almost every block, although textures can look odd on some blocks. For example, the mycelium blocks cause textures to stack on top of one another as opposed to creating a single seamless texture. Although it looks odd, the door still functions properly.
In order to use Hidden Doors, players simply craft a bookshelf out of wooden blocks, then walk up to any block and place the bookshelf on top. The bookshelf will immediately turn into a door in the color and texture style of that block.
You can use the Hidden Doors mod to create secret entrances to your home. Or, if you want to get inside one of your structures but don’t want to leave a big ugly door where everybody can see it, the Hidden Doors mod can help.
For whatever secret door problems you want to solve, the Hidden Doors mod is there to help. Download it today to learn more.
