Dragons are an important part of many fantasy worlds. Unfortunately, vanilla Minecraft is not one of those fantasy worlds, and the only way for players to enjoy dragons is to install third-party mods.
Here’s the good news: there are lots of good third-party dragon mods available today, including the newest version of Dragon Craft.
Dragon Craft adds five different dragons to Minecraft. Each one of these dragons can be ridden. The five dragons include a:
-Fire Dragon
-Ice Dragon
-Water Dragon
-Emerald Dragon
-Gold Dragon
Each of these dragons spawns from a Dragon Egg. All dragons start off as babies until they grow into their full-sized forms. In fact, players who find a Dragon Egg can raise a dragon to full-size and then ride their pet wherever they need to go.
Players tame a dragon by feeding it a bunch of fish until it likes you. Then, players saddle the dragon and fly it around the map using set controls. To make flying easier, players can craft ‘Meat on a Stick’ in order to point their dragon wherever they need to go.
The dragons in this mod look particularly cool whether you’re riding them or watching them fly through the sky. Each dragon model features a meticulous amount of detail and varying colors throughout its body, creating some cool effects.
