DaftPVF’s Mods are a collection of mods that help players in a number of different ways. Here is a list of the mods included in DaftPVF’s Mods:
-TreeCapitator: When cutting down a tree, the entire tree will fall instead of just a single block. In other words, trees now obey the laws of gravity, and it’s easier for players to chop down an entire tree in seconds.
-IngameInfo: This mod provides a small widget in the top right corner of the Minecraft screen that tells players all sorts of useful information about the game, including experience points, day count, frames per second, score, and light level. This widget can also be configured to display any type of information that the player wants.
-CrystalWing: CrystalWing provides players with a magical enchanted wing that will instantly teleport players back to their spawn points. However, the CrystalWing isn’t perfect, and if players try using it in the nether, it will catch on fire and cause massive burn damage to players.
-FloatingRuins: As the name suggests, FloatingRuins adds airborne ruins into the game. These ruins are not very large, but they do provide some spectacular scenery around the Minecraft world. Players can travel to these ruins and explore their depths, although they’re not very deep or complex. These ruins are designed more for scenery than anything else.
-StartingInventory: StartingInventory allows players to choose which items and blocks they start with whenever they enter a new world. This information can be configured via a simple.txt file.
-ConnectedDestruction: ConnectedDestruction is an interesting mod that allows players to set up a chain reaction of destroyed blocks. So, if one type of block is broken, players can set it so that adjacent blocks of the same type are also broken.
-SlimeBoots+: SlimeBoots+ allows players to create Slime armor using shapeless recipes. It also tweaks the protection provided by various Slime armor pieces and Slime boots now have reduced fall damage and added jump height.
There isn’t a theme or direction to DaftPVF’s mods. Instead, it’s a collection of mods that are designed to make players’ lives easier in various ways. All of the mods have also been optimized to ensure they’re compatible with one another.
