Crossbow Mod 2 for Minecraft 1.6.4/1.7.2/1.7.4/1.7.5

The bow is the only ranged weapon in vanilla Minecraft. If you’ve grown bored of firing arrows at your enemies, you can start firing bolts thanks to Crossbow Mod 2. This mod adds customizable crossbows to the Minecraft world and includes a ton of extra features that make it so much more than just a basic weapons mod.

There are five different crossbows included in Crossbow Mod 2, including:

-Wood Crossbow

-Stone Crossbow

-Iron Crossbow

-Gold Crossbow

-Diamond Crossbow

Just like every item in the Minecraft world, those crossbows become more durable and powerful as you use more valuable materials. A Wood Crossbow has 60 uses and fires a bolt at a velocity of 1.00, while a Diamond Crossbow has 1562 uses and a bolt fire velocity of 4.00.

However, it’s important to note that the more powerful crossbows take longer to reload. The Diamond Crossbow takes 2.4 seconds to reload while the Wood Crossbow just takes 1.6 seconds.

In addition to those five different crossbows listed above, players can customize their crossbow using a Crossbow Crafting Bench. With this bench, it’s possible to create 148 different crossbow customizations. You can add scopes and other attachments to the base crossbow, for example, or create an auto-firing crossbow.

Here are some of the features and attachments that you can add to your crossbow:

-Lava, flame, and ice attachments

-Torch attachments

-Basic and long-range scopes

-Poison attachment

-And plenty of other fun and dangerous enchantments. Features like the long-range scope are particularly cool since it shows how far the bolt will drop over a certain distance. The scope has distance lines from 0m to 50m, allowing players to hit targets from a long distance away.

If you’re ready to add a new range weapon to your game that isn’t a gun, check out the Crossbow Mod 2 today.
