Builder Mod for Minecraft 1.6.4/1.7.2/1.7.4/1.7.5

Want to fill your Minecraft world with cool buildings but don’t want to spend time building them all? You’ll like the Builder Mod for Minecraft, which adds a range of pre-built building schematics to the game.

The mod’s creator, microjunk, collected these schematics from all across the Minecraft world. Many of the original building creators were lost, and microjunk explains how he built his collection:

“This mod uses schematics, converted to WorldGenGlasses in an array format, from MC Schematics and various other places around the web. I just want to point out that I don’t know who the original authors are as I have had them for a while. Most of the schematics I have all came from there and various other places, but mostly MC Schematics.”

So basically, most of the structures have come from MC Schematics, but you can expect a few other wild cars to be thrown in there as well. This mod works in as simple but effective way: you can create lots of different structures using only a few blocks. You simply use an item in your hand to activate a block and turn it into different structure sets.

The following sets are available:

-Unique homes (including a home with a very large tree house and a very large snow man)

-Basic village structures

-Entire village sets that represent different time periods

The unique houses set is particularly cool. The houses created with the unique houses set are massive and include a gigantic tree house and a massive snowman-shaped house. Other options include:

-Sand castle

-Igloo

-Hobbit home

-Haunted house

In terms of village structures, there is a Japanese-style set, a medieval structure set, Viking set, and a Roman village set. For those of you who like vanilla Minecraft villages, there is also a ‘standard’ village set.

The mod includes a Build Book where players can find all the new buildings, which makes it easy to pick and choose which buildings you want to add to your game. Just craft the Build Book and you can view the building recipes in-game and easily see which materials you need.

If you want to make your Minecraft world look a little more populated and inhabited, then the Builder Mod for Minecraft will help you easily do that.
