This pocket-picking plugin by SethBling is an interesting and fun addition to any multiplayer experience. It allows players to steal items from the inventories of other nearby players – though some degree of skill is involved.
To initiate the pickpocket GUI, simply right-click any player you are close to. Be aware that if the player moves too far away, the event will be canceled; similarly, if you are hit by anything during the process, the interface will close.
Picking another player’s pockets brings up a screen that looks just like opening a large chest:
Players will see one item at a time. The item will appear for only a moment before it disappears and another takes its place at another location on the grid:
If the pickpocket is successful at clicking the item in time, it will be stolen from the other player’s inventory! Simply place it in yours to keep it – and get away before they notice anything suspicious. Note that each slot in the GUI represents a slot in the player’s inventory, with the bottom row acting as the hotbar.

BlingPickPocket is easily one of the most creative plugins I’ve seen since I first began playing Minecraft. Without some restraint this could become quite annoying for other players, but with some modification it could be a great tool for roleplayers.
